摘要：介绍了国际上在减少森林采伐对环境的影响研究方面的最新进展 ,并对传统的森林采伐 ( CL)和以减少对环境影响为指导思想的森林采伐 ( RIL)进行了比较。RIL明显的优点是强调环境影响的评价结果 ,它并不一定比 CL花费更多的钱 ,但其对环境的破坏比 CL要小的多。RIL在长期内将对社会、经济和环境产生巨大的影响 ,使森林经营朝着有利于可持续的方向发展。目前 ,许多国家已经开始对 RIL这种采伐方式进行了试验研究 。
The new progress of reduced impact logging to environment in the world is introduced and the reduced impact logging′s efficiency and environmental impacts are compared with those of the traditional logging systems.It also studied the results of the reduced impact logging in several countries.The paper indicates that the RIL′s obvious merit is which emphasized evaluate result of environmental impact and does not always cost more money, but it destroies less than that of CL in environment. RIL will bring huge impact on society, economy and environment in a long period of time and make forest management to sustainable development.Presently,many countries have begun to study the RIL, but there are so many difficulties to put the RIL into practice all over the world.
