摘要:用褐腐真菌茯苓按常规栽培方法对木材进行降解,对比研究了正常材和不同腐朽程度木材化学组成之间的差异,用傅立叶红外光谱仪(FTIR)对样品进行表征。结果发现,腐朽初期,综纤维素和戊聚糖的含量及纤维素结晶度随腐朽时间的延长逐渐降低,木质素和1%NaOH抽出物的相对含量却逐渐升高。当腐朽进行到15周时,综纤维素含量、戊聚糖含量和纤维素结晶度分别由正常材的72.80%、14.95%和40.3%下降到18.57%、8.58%和16.1%,木质素含量和1%NaOH抽出物含量分别从27.30%和12.89%增加到43.88%和70.07%。之后,随着腐朽时间的延长,木材的组成几乎保持不变。FTIR结果证实了相同的变化趋势。
Wood was brown-rotted by Wolfiporia cocos according to the traditional cultivation method. Main chemical components of normal wood and brown-rotted wood with different level of decay were analyzed, and the samples were also characterized by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR). The results showed that the holocellulose content, pentosan content and crystallinity decreased gradually up to 15-week exposure time. On the contrary, the lignin content and 1% NaOH extractive content increased at the same time. When wood was decayed for 15 weeks, the holocellulose content, pentosan content, and crystallinity of wood went down from 72.80%, 14.95% and 40.3% for normal wood to 18.57% 8.58% and 16.1% , respectively. And the lignin content and 1% NaOH extractive content went up from 27.30% and 12.89% for normal wood to 43.88% and 70.07%, respectively. The wood compositions almost kept unchanged during further decay. The change tendency of chemical components during wood decay process was also approved by IR.
