摘要:以废弃牛皮纸为原料,经处理得到牛皮纸纤维,再与丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺、N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺共聚制得牛皮纸纤维改性丙烯酸基吸水树脂(FA-SAP)。采用FT-IR、光学显微镜、TG分析表征其结构,通过调控牛皮纸纤维添加量(以丙烯酸质量计)以探究FA-SAP的最优制备条件,并在去离子水、不同浓度盐水以及不同p H值环境中进行吸水性能分析。研究结果表明:牛皮纸纤维可以与聚合体系形成新的氢键体系,从而形成新的三维网状复合结构;牛皮纸纤维的添加(1.0%~3.0%)使FA-SAP的热稳定性略有下降,但不明显。牛皮纸纤维添加量为2.0%时,制备的FA-SAP具有更优异的吸水性能,此时FA-SAP的24 h吸水率为310.63 g/g。选择此综合吸水性能最好的FA-SAP进行盆栽实验,探究其对土壤持水率、植物株高及植物干质量的影响。结果表明:FA-SAP的添加能明显保持土壤水分,有利于促进植物生长,且当施用量为0.5%时,盆栽21 d时具有最高的土壤持水率(26.96%)、平均株高(25.11 cm)和平均干质量(10.92 mg),综合效果最好。
Kraft paper fibers were obtained by using waste Kraft paper as raw material,which then copolymerized with acrylic acid,acrylamide and N,N′-methylenebisacrylamide to prepare Kraft paper fiber modified acrylic acid-based super absorbent resin(FA-SAP).The structure of FA-SAP was characterized by FT-IR,optical microscope and TG.The optimal preparation condition of FA-SAP was explored by adjusting the addition of Kraft paper fibers(calculated by the mass of acrylic acid).The water absorption performance of FA-SAP was analyzed in deionized water,salt water of different concentrations and environments with different pH values.The results showed that when the addition amount of Kraft paper fibers was 2.0%,the prepared FA-SAP had better water absorption performance,and the 24 h water absorption rate was 310.63 g/g.Kraft paper fibers could form a new hydrogen bond system with the polymerization system,thereby forming a new three-dimensional composite network structure.The thermal stability of FA-SAP had a slight but not significant decrease because of the addition of Kraft paper fibers(1.0%-3.0%).The best comprehensive water absorption performance of FA-SAP was selected for pot experiments to investigate its effects on soil water holding capacity,plant height and dry mass during plant growth.The results showed that the prepared FA-SAP could significantly maintain soil moisture and promote plant growth.When the application amount was 0.5%,the soil water holding capacity(26.96%),average plant height(25.11 cm)and average dry mass(10.92 mg)were the highest after 21 days of cultivation,and the comprehensive effect was the best.
