摘要：睑虎隶属爬行纲蜥蜴亚目睑虎科,全球已知19种,海南记录有3种:海南睑虎,霸王岭睑虎和周氏睑虎。近期,在海南岛发现并采集到一批新的睑虎,通过形态学比较和16SmtDNA序列比对分析显示,其与分布于海南省的周氏睑虎与海南睑虎存在显著差异,确定为一新种。其主要鉴别特征为:1)吻肛长(98.64~105.7mm);2)环鼻孔有8枚鳞片;3)鼻间鳞1枚;4)上睫鳞50~57枚;5)环体中段鳞115~123枚;6)环背部疣鳞有11~12枚小鳞;7)雄性具肛前孔23~27个;8)爪为4枚鳞片包裹;9)成体背部棕褐色,染以斑驳分布的不规则黑褐斑点;有4条前后镶黑边的黄色横带纹,枕部1条,略呈弧形,其两侧沿头侧前伸达眶后,腋后1条,体中段1条,尾基1条;10)自股部至膝部有金斑;11)卵比起其它海南睑虎更大更重(长27.17mm,宽14.34mm,重2.20g,n=2);12)经过16SrRNA测序遗传距离,初步判断该睑虎为独立新种。因此,将海南省中西部山区的睑虎鉴定为一新种——中华睑虎。本文首次提供了关于新物种的形态及自然史数据,本种的发现有助于进一步了解海南睑虎属物种多样性,并能进一步揭示睑虎种组的系统发育规律。
Goniurosaurus belongs to eublepharidae of sauria of reptilia.A total of 19 kinds of Goniurosaurus have been discovered worldwide.Among them,there are 3 kinds of Goniurosaurus in Hainan province,of which are Goniurosaurus hainanensis,Goniurosaurus bawanglingensis and Goniurosaurus zhoui.Recently,we have discovered a new kind of Goniurosaurus in Hainan province.In this paper,we studied the Goniurosaurus by using morphological comparison and 16S mtDNA sequence alignment analysis,and the results showed significant differences between Goniurosaurus zhoui,Goniurosaurus hainanensis and the newly found species of the Goniurosaurus in Hainan Province.Goniurosaurus sinensis’main identification features are as following:1)the anorectal distance is between 98.64 to 105.7 mm;2)they have 8 scales around the nostrils;3)1 scale between the two nostrils;4)there are 50~57 scales on the edge of the Goniurosaurus sinensis'eyelids;5)it has 115~123 scales in the middle of the body;6)there are 11~12 scales on the back;7)in the upper part of the male cloaca,there are 23~27 scales;8)claws are wrapped in four scales;9)the colour on the back of the adult Goniurosaurus sinensis is brown with irregular black-brown spots,mottled marked.There are 4 yellow stripes with black edges on the front and back of their bodies.One is on the back of the head,slightly curved to the sides extending forward along the head to the eyes;one is behind the shoulders,anther is in the middle of the body and the last one is behind the tail group;10)there are golden spots on the sides of the femur of the Goniurosaurus sinensis,of which extend all the way to the knees;11)the eggs of the Goniurosaurus sinensis are bigger and heavier than other Goniurosaurus hainanensis(length:27.17 mm,width:14.34 mm,weight 2.20 g,n=2);12)through 16S rRNA sequencing genetic distance,the Goniurosaurus sinensis was considered as an independent species.Therefore,the Goniurosaurus in the mountainous area of central and western Hainan Province was identified as a new species-the Goniurosaurus sinensis.For the first time,we provide data on the morphology and natural history of this new species.The discovery of this new species will help us understand the process of species formation on continental islands.
