摘要:对我国种植的黑木相思和火力楠木材的机械加工性能(刨削、铣削、钻削、开榫、砂削和车削)进行测试和评价。结果表明:除了黑木相思木材的钻削加工性能介于优、良等之间,两种木材的其他机械加工性能均为优等,二者综合机械加工性能亦为优等。火力楠木材的机械加工性能整体优于黑木相思,两种木材均适于制造家具等高附加值实木制品。
The wood machining(including the planning,shaping,drilling,mortising,sanding,and turning)performance of two hardwood species of Acacia melanoxylon and Michelia macclurei grown in China were evaluated.The results showed that two species had excellent machining performance,except that the drilling properties of the Acacia melanoxylon was between the first excellent and second good level.The overall machining performance was graded at the excellent level.The machining performance of Michelia macclurei wood were better than that of the Acacia Melanoxylon wood.Both two species of wood can be used for the manufacturing of furniture and other high value-added solid wood products.
