摘要:通过对木质复合门三种典型产品结构形式、主要物料组成以及个性化功能需求等因素进行分析,构建基于类物料清单(generic bill of material,GBOM)的木质复合门产品族模型;进一步对产品模型中的类零部件、及其与外部变量集和变量集之间的配置规则进行分析,并以木质复合门中典型的层压式木质复合门为例,确定门扇、门框、装饰辅材与配件等多个结构模块及子模块的可选变量集,建立其产品族模型。该方法在提高木门产品管理效率、减少传统产品配置中结构数据冗余的同时,有助于缩短木门产品设计周期,实现定制木门产品多样化、设计效率最大化。
In this study,three typical product structures,material compositions,and personalized demands were analyzed,the product family model for wood-based composite doors was constructed based on the principle of Generic Bill of Material(GBOM)model.It was further analyzed on the class components and parts in the product model,as well as the configuration rules among these aspects,the external variable set,and the variable set.As a typical example among wooden composite doors,the laminated wooden composite door was studied to determine the optional variable sets of multiple structural modules and sub-modules including door leaves,door frames,finishing auxiliary materials and accessories,etc.,then establish the product family model.The model aims to improve product management efficiency,reduce structural data redundancy in the traditional product configuration,shorten the design and development cycle for wooden door products,and achieve customization diversity,maximize design efficiency,and efficient processing.
