摘要：复试是确保全国研究生招生稳定性和科学性的关键性环节。本文以硕士研究生招生复试为研究对象,运用PDCA循环管理理论,针对目前复试工作管理过程中存在的问题,提出硕士研究生招生复试标准化管理模式的新思路,从而解决复试工作的关键性问题,提升复试质量。
The re-examination is a key link to guarantee the stability and scientificity of national graduate entrance examination.Using the theory of the PDCA cycle,this paper takes the re-examination in the national graduate entrance examination as the research object,and analyzes the problems existing in the management of re-examination process,to put forward new idea of the standardization management mode of the re-examination,so as to solve the key problems of the re-examination and improve its quality.
