摘要:通过对横截面为50mm×50mm的杉木规格材试件圆钢钉握钉力的测试,探讨了圆钢钉直径、木材密度、试件放置条件、木材纹理方向对握钉强度的影响.结果表明:杉木规格材端面上的握钉强度变异性大于纵面,变异范围与试件密度无关;圆钢钉直径对端纵面握钉强度比无显著性影响;密度指数为1.784,比国外设计公式中的值低;自然放置较恒温恒湿放置、相对温湿度变化较时间对握钉强度的削弱现象更为明显;杉木规格材试件的圆钢钉握钉强度均高于国外木结构设计规范,可以满足使用要求.
By experiments on specimen with cross-section dimension of 50 mm×50 mm the nail withdrawal strength of Chinese fir dimension lumbers,the impacts of round pin diameter,wood de nsity,sample placing conditions and grain direction on nail withdraw strength were investigated.The results demonstrated that the variability of nail withdraw strength on cross section was higher than that of vertical,and the variation was independent of wood density.Furthermore,the impact of nail diameter on nail withdrawal strength was not significant,and the density index was 1.784 accord ing to our testes which is lower than NDS design value.Finally,the nature condition,and the variation of temperature and humidity had more distinguished effects on nail withdraw strength than constant temperature and humidity,and that of time separately,and the nail withdraw strength of Chinese fir dimension lumber was higher than that of NDS which meets the application requirements for wood structure design.
