摘要:为实现连续加载过程中木材微观结构特征变化的快速自动检测,采用微型力学试验机和具自动聚焦功能的图像采集系统相结合的方法,以杉木(Cunninghamia lanceolata)为研究对象,对试样进行受压加载及微观特征图像的自动连续采集和测量分析.结果表明,通过该方法可以实现在一定时域内自动检测木材连续受压变形过程中微观结构特征的变化,并可结合加载条件分析木材微观结构特征的变化规律.
In order to realize the quick in-situ examination of microstructure characteristics of wood deformation during continuous loading process,an examination method which included a micro-mechanical tester and a auto-focusing photo collection system was applied not only to take photos of the deformation surface but also to analyze test data by virtue of compression testing of air-dried wood samples of Chinese fir(Cunninghamia lanceolata).The results show that this method provides both an auto-focusing examination on microstructure characteristics of wood deformation in a specific time span and a quantitative analysis on microstructure change under continuous compressive loading.
