摘要:本文总结和列举了近100年来人造板新产品的发明、推广与应用,结果表明平均每6年出现一个新产品,多数新产品从发明到推广应用需要10~20年,但是随着技术进步速度的加快,这种间隔时间会越来越短。文中通过对传统的人造板产品在原料种类、木质单元形态和胶粘剂种类等方面的技术解析,认为未来人造板生产创新技术发展方向是高效重组化、功能化、多元复合化。
This article reviewed the progress of inventions, applications and commercializations of the woodbased panel products in the last 100 years. A conclusion was drawed that it took 6 years on average for a new product to show up and most products would take up to 10-20 years from being invented to being commercialized. However, this interval is being shortened as the speedup of the technology evolution. Based on a thoroughly analysis of the raw material types, member configurations, and the adhesives applications, the author believed that the developing emphases for wood-based panel products lay in the high efficient recombination, functionalization, and multiple composition of the woody structural members.
