摘要：国际栽培植物登录体系和法定栽培植物登录体系均为当今国际公认的栽培植物权利保护的权威手段,因而被各个国家或地区所普遍采用。在对国际两大栽培植物登录体系进行简要介绍的基础上,进一步就国际竹类栽培品种登录权威的申报、国际竹类栽培品种登录中心及其工作情况进行了阐述,目的在于帮助有竹子分布和竹子栽培地区的各级政府以及从事竹业管理、研究、教育、生产、加工、贸易的机构、组织、企业或个人了解和掌握国际栽培植物登录的基本原理及操作规则,这对竹类新品种的国际登录实践甚至整个竹产业的科学发展具有十分重要的战略意义。
There are two systems for international cuhivar registration in the world, i. e. , International Cuhivar Registration Authority （ICRA） and Statutory Plant Registration Authority （SPRA）. Both of them are accepted internationally for the cuhivar right protection and adopted by various countries or regions. The two systems are introduced briefly in this paper. Furthermore, the significance and aim of International Cultivar Registration Authority （ICRA） for bamboos are discussed. The establishment of International Cultivar Registration Center for Bamboos （ICRCB）, the website, and International Cultivar Registration Garden for Bamboos （ICRGB） are also introduced. These introductions may help governments, institutes, organizations, companies and persons who work on or care about bamboo research, production, processing, and trade to understand the principles and rules of International Cultivar Registration.
