摘要：目的研究莪术醇药物的有效性和对人体的低毒性,从而搞清莪术醇对人类的安全性。方法向SD大鼠经口注射灌胃不同剂量莪术醇的方法,进行了长期毒性初步研究。结果莪术醇对大鼠无明显致死作用,在中、低剂量下对大鼠肾脏器官影响很小,但在高剂量下,可造成肌酐指标和尿酸指标偏高较大的影响,即肾功能受到较大影响、对大鼠产生了一定的毒害作用。结论莪术醇可安全使用,但应注意使用剂量不要过大,以避免对人体健康产生不利影响。
Objective To study the effectivity and hypotoxicity of Curcumol to knew the safety furtherly of Curcumol to human being. Methods The long period toxicity of it were studied by injecting different doses of Curcumol through the mouth to stomach on SD rats. Results Preliminary studies showed that Curcumol had no obvious lethal effect, and in the middle and low doses of it the biochemical indicators of kidney function of rats had little impact; but in high doses of it, the biochemical indicators of ereatinine and uric acid was on the high side. Conclusion Cur- cumol can be used safely. In order to avoid adverse effects on human health, we should pay attention to use it with middle and low doses.
