摘要:【目的】探明不同油茶砧木嫁接对浙江红花油茶嫁接苗生长和生理特征的影响,为浙江红花油茶的高效栽培与推广提供理论依据【方法】本研究以普通油茶、攸县油茶、浙江红花油茶为芽苗砧,以浙江红花油茶当年生半木质化枝条为接穗进行芽苗砧嫁接,探究3个嫁接组合处理对浙江红花油茶接穗生长势、光合生理指标、非结构碳水化合物含量与内源激素含量的影响。【结果】普通油茶作为浙江红花油茶的砧木嫁接时,成活率、株高、地径、叶绿素含量、类胡萝卜素含量、实际光化学效率(Ф_(PSⅡ))及电子传递速率(ETR)最高,根冠比最小;攸县油茶作为浙江红花油茶的砧木嫁接时,总干质量、根冠比、净光合速率(Pn)、PSⅡ最大光化学效率(F_(v)/F_(m))及PSⅡ潜在光化学效率(F_(v)/F_(o))最高。在砧穗愈合后植株生长期间,浙江红花油茶砧木嫁接组合和攸县油茶砧木嫁接组合叶片内源激素(ZR+IAA+GA_(3))/ABA、ABA/IAA值持续增长。相关性分析发现叶片ABA含量与淀粉含量呈显著负相关;ZR含量与可溶性糖及淀粉含量呈极显著负相关;GA_(3)含量与可溶性糖含量呈显著正相关,与淀粉含量呈极显著正相关。【结论】普通油茶砧木嫁接组合早期生长情况表现更好,可作为浙江红花油茶嫁接优良砧木;而叶片中的ABA/IAA和(IAA+ZR+GA_(3))/ABA的比值表明攸县油茶砧木更适合作为浙江红花油茶的矮化砧。
【Objective】In order to ascertain the effect of different rootstocks on the growth indexes and photosynthetic characteristics of the growth of Camellia chekiangoleosa grafted seedlings,to provide basis for cultivation and promotion.【Method】Two oil-tea rapeseed varieties(C.oleifera,C.yuhsienensis,C.chekiangoleosa)were selected with pot experiment.The effects of 3 species bud seedling rootstocks treatments on growth vigor,photosynthetic physiological indexes,the content of non-structural carbohydrates and endogenous hormones in C.chekiangoleosa current year semi lignified branches scion were studied.【Result】The grafting combination with C.oleifera rootstock not only achieved the highest survival rate at 93%but also exhibited superior growth metrics,including plant height,stem diameter,chlorophyll content,carotene content,actual photochemical efficiency(Ф_(PSⅡ)),and electron transfer rate(ETR),coupled with the lowest root-shoot ratio.Conversely,the grafting combination with C.yuhsienensis rootstock exhibits the highest total dry weight,root-to-shoot ratio,excelled in total dry weight,photosynthetic rate(Pn),maximum photosynthetic efficiency of PSⅡ(F_(v)/F_(m))and potential photosynthetic efficiency of PSⅡ(F_(v)/F_(o)).During the growth period,the ratio of endogenous hormones(ZR+IAA+GA_(3))/ABA and ABA/IAA continued to increase in the leaves from grafting combinations with C.oleifera rootstock and C.yuhsienensis rootstock after the grafting healing.Correlation analysis showed that starch content in the leaves was significant negatively correlated with ABA content,soluble sugar and starch content were highly significant negative correlation with ZR content,GA3 content was significant positive correlation with soluble sugar content and was highly significant positive correlation with starch content.【Conclusion】Among the 3 combinations,the grafting combination with C.oleifera rootstock has the better early growth performance,which can be used as excellent rootstocks for the grafting of C chekiangoleosa Z,while the ratio of ABA/IAA and(IAA+ZR+GA3)/ABA in the leaves indicates that the C.yuhsienensis rootstock is more suitable for dwarfing C.chekiangoleosa.
