摘要:[目的]掌握百山祖冷杉种子繁育技术。[方法]分别以2006的2008年采收的百山祖冷杉种子为材料,于2007和2009年采用不同方法进行育苗试验,研究了百山祖冷杉的种子繁育技术。[结果]出苗时间为4月初至4月下旬。苗床覆盖狼衣处理出苗最早,搭低棚和撒播在嫁接树下次之,苗床裸露和模拟原生树生境最迟。2007年嫁接树底下的种子发芽率高于苗圃地。2009年的种子发芽率依次为:人工苗圃地直接狼衣覆盖>人工苗圃无遮阴>原始林下去除枯枝落叶>原始林下自然生长。遮阴、裸露、嫁接树底下、模拟原生树生境去除枯枝落叶的当年苗高无差异。苗床遮阴的当年保存率较高,嫁接树底下次之,苗床裸露和模拟原生树生境去除枯枝落叶的最低。[结论]该研究为百山祖冷杉的扩大繁殖提供了技术支持。
[Objective] The purpose was to learn about the seed-breeding technique of Abies beshanzuensis.[Method] With seeds harvested in 2006 and 2008 as materials,different seedling-raising methods were applied in the seedling-raising experiments in 2007 and 2009 resp.to study the seed-breeding technique of A.beshanzuensis.[Result] The seedling emergence time was from early Apr.to the last 10 d of Apr.The seedling emergence on the seedling bed covered with Osmunda japonice Thunb.was earliest,that of constructed low shelter and broadcast sowing under grafted trees were secondary and that on bare seedling bed and in simulated habitat of original tree were latest.In 2007,the seed germination rate under grafted trees was higher than that in nursery lands.In 2009,the seed germination rates were as follows:artificial nursery lands directly covered with O.japonice artificial nursery lands without shading litter-removed lands under wildwood nature growth under wildwood.The annual seedling heights of seedlings growing on shaded and bare seedling beds,under grafted trees and in litter-removed lands in simulated habitat of original tree had no difference.The annual survival rate of seedlings on the shaded seedling bed was higher,that of seedlings under grafted trees was secondary and that of seedlings on bare seedling-bed and in litter-removed lands in simulated habitat of original tree were lowest.[Conclusion] This study provided technical support for the expansive propagation of A.beshanzuensis.
