摘要：银杏是中国特有树种,素有“活化石”、“国树”之美称。在全国实施生态文明建设和乡村振兴战略的背景下,开展对银杏遗产保护研究具有重要意义。本文在实地调研和文献分析的基础上,对山东郯城和江苏邳州银杏遗产保护的必要性及保护中的主要问题进行剖析。结果表明:沂河下游郯邳银杏遗产具有栽植历史悠久、文化积淀深厚、遗传资源丰富、产品类型独特、栽培体系完善、审美价值独特等特点,但同时也存在着一些保护措施不力、具体的遗产政策法规缺位等问题。针对这些保护中的问题,提出设立国家银杏遗产地、加强立法与监管、协调好保护与发展关系、探索有效地全民保护机制等建议。
Ginkgo biloba L.is an unique tree species in China,known as“living fossil”and“national tree”.Under the background of the national ecological civilization construction and rural revitalization strategy,it is great significance to take relevant measures to protect G.biloba heritage.On the basis of field investigation and relevant literature review,this paper analyzes the necessity and problems of G.biloba heritage protection in the lower reaches of Yihe river.The results showed that the G.biloba heritages have the characteristics of long planting history,deep cultural accumulation,rich genetic resources,unique product types,reasonable cultivation system and outstanding aesthetic values,but there are some problems such as inadequate protection of ancient trees and absence of heritage laws or regulations.In this sense,some protection suggestions are put forward,namely setting up a national G.biloba heritage protected areas,strengthening relevant legislations and supervisions,coordinating the relationship between conservation and development,exploring the mechanism of public participation in conservation.
