摘要:研究了樟脑标准样品的制备、均匀性和稳定性及其定值方法。采用天然樟脑经过乙醇重结晶和化学除杂相结合的方法制备樟脑标准样品,采用气相色谱面积归一化法测定含量。本批次制备的樟脑标准样品通过了均匀性检验,且至少在24个月内是稳定的。樟脑标准样品的多实验室联合定值结果表示为:樟脑含量的标准值99.91%;标准不确定度0.04%;扩展不确定度(95%置信率)0.09%。
Preparation, homogeneity, stability and certification of reference material of camphor were studied. The reference material of camphor was prepared by re-crystallization in ethanol combined with chemical impurity-elimination. The content of camphor in reference material was measured by gas chromatographic area normalization. The reference material of camphor passed the test of homogeneity, and has been stable for more than 24 months at least. The united certification results of camphor reference material through multiple labs showed that the standard value of camphor content was 99.91% with the standard uncertainty of 0.04 %, and the expanded uncertainty of 0.09 % under the confidence coefficient of 95 %.
