摘要:在富氧条件下研究了生物质在流态化气化炉和上吸式气化炉中的气化过程 ,探索了催化剂对气化过程及焦油裂解过程的影响 ,研究了工艺参数对煤气质量的影响 ,给出了最佳的工艺操作参数范围。煤气热值最高可达 9.93MJ/Nm3。
Biomass gasification technolgy was studied in an up draft gasifier under oxygen enriched air. The effects of catalysts,such as Na 2CO 3,CaO,on gas heat value and tar cracking were investigated.From the experimental data the optimal technology parameters are follows:gasifying temperature 700-800 ℃,feeding rate 140-160 kg/h and gas output 200-220 Nm 3/h.The use of catalysts and oxygen enriched air in the experiment can increase gas heat value and reduce tar in the gas remarkably. The biomass gasification technology with oxygen enriched air is feasible and economical. The maximum heat value of gas produced by sawdust is as high as 9.93 MJ/Nm 3.
