摘要:以春石斛假鳞茎为外植体,进行初代培养与瓶内开花试验。结果表明,MS+6-BA 2.0mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L培养基的效果最佳,腋芽形成多,腋芽萌发高且壮,有利于增殖培养;萌发后的腋芽转入花芽诱导培养基中,20 d后瓶内开花,但花期较短,畸形花比例较高,且在花蕾成花过程中容易出现败育情况,试管内花芽诱导最佳培养基为MS+6-BA6.0 mg/L+NAA 0.3 mg/L。
Pseudobulb of Nobile Type Dendrobium was used as explants to study the tissue culture and in vitro flowering. The results showed that MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L was the best medium for primary culture, and more axiflary buds vigourly grew out from pseudobulb in this medium. In culture medium of flower bud induction, axillary buds need 20 days to flowering, and MS+6-BA 6.0 mg/L+ NAA 0.3 mg/L was the optimum culture medium. During the flowering process, the flowering period was shorten and high proportion abnormal flowers were found.
