摘要:该文以两年生长林4号油茶扦插苗为材料,测定和分析了LED红蓝19复合光不同光强处理下油茶苗可溶性物质含量、内源激素水平及抗氧化酶活性,探索了LED不同光强处理下油茶苗生理生化特性的差异及变化规律。结果表明:100μmol·m-2·s-1处理下油茶苗具有最高的ZR含量和POD活性,以及最低的MDA含量,但可溶性糖含量、IAA含量和GA含量最低;150μmol·m-2·s-1处理下油茶苗具有最高的ABA含量,且可溶性蛋白含量和SOD活性最低;200μmol·m-2·s-1处理下油茶苗具有最高的SOD活性,但POD活性最低,且MDA含量最高;250μmol·m-2·s-1处理下油茶苗具有最高的可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量、游离氨基酸含量、IAA含量、GA含量和CAT活性;300μmol·m-2·s-1处理下油茶苗游离氨基酸含量、ABA含量、ZR含量和CAT活性均最低。与其他处理相比,250μmol·m-2·s-1处理更利于提高长林4号油茶苗各项生理生化指标,是培育油茶苗较为理想的光强。
The soluble matter content,endogenous hormone level and antioxidant enzyme activity of oil-tea camellia seedlings treated with different light intensities of LED composite light(10%red lights+90%blue lights)were mea-sured and analyzed,and the difference and change rules of physiological and biochemical characteristics of oil-tea camellia seedlings under different LED light intensities were explored by taking two-year-old cutting seedlings of‘Changlin-4’Camellia oleifera as test materials.The results were as follows:Under the light intensity of 100μmol·m-2·s-1,ZR content and POD activity of oil-tea camellia seedlings were the highest,while MDA content was the lowest,but the content of soluble sugar,IAA and GA were also the lowest;Under the light intensity of 150μmol·m-2·s-1,ABA content of oil-tea camellia seedlings was the highest,furthermore,the soluble protein content and SOD activity were the lowest;Under the light intensity of 200μmol·m-2·s-1,SOD activity of oil-tea camellia seedlings was the highest,but POD activity was the lowest,furthermore,the MDA content was the highest;Under the light intensity of 250μmol·m-2·s-1,the soluble protein content,soluble sugar content,free amino acid content,IAA content,GA content and CAT activity of oil-tea camellia seedlings were all the highest;Under the light intensity of 300μmol·m-2·s-1,the free amino acid content,ABA content,ZR content and CAT activity of oil-tea camellia seedlings were all the lowest.Compared with other treatments,250μmol·m-2·s-1 LED composite light(10%red lights+90%blue lights),which is more conductive to improve the physiological and biochemical indexes of‘Changlin-4’C.oleifera seedlings,is the ideal light intensity to cultivate seedlings of oil-tea camellia.
