摘要:通过正交试验、扫描电镜和动态热机械分析探讨了热压压力、热压时间、热压温度和施胶量对内置电热层电采暖实木复合地板理化性能和电阻变化的影响,并优化工艺参数。结果表明:各因素对胶合强度影响顺序从大到小依次为压力、温度、施胶量、时间,其中压力对胶合强度具有极显著影响;各因素对长度方向的耐热尺寸稳定性差异不明显,对宽度方向影响比长度方向明显,影响顺序从大到小依次为时间、压力、温度、施胶量;各因素对长度方向耐湿尺寸稳定性影响顺序从大到小依次为温度、压力、时间、施胶量,宽度方向为施胶量、温度、时间=压力。综合分析优选工艺参数为压力1.2 MPa、时间6 min、温度130℃、施胶量(单面) 100 g/m2。施胶量对电阻具有显著影响,在相同的工艺参数下,电阻下降幅度范围在36.3%~41.3%。
The effects of hot-pressing pressure,hot-pressing time,hot-pressing temperature and resin consumption on the physico-chemical properties and resistance change of electric heating engineered wood flooring with built-in electrothermal layer were investigated and optimized by orthogonal experimental design,SEM and DMA.The descending order of the factors affecting bonding strength was pressure,temperature,resin consumption,and time,in which the pressing pressure has extremely significant influence on the bonding strength.The influence of factors on the heat-resistant dimensional stability in the length direction was not significantly different;however,the influence in width direction was higher than length direction,and the descending order of influence in width direction was time,pressure,temperature,and resin consumption.The descending order of moisture resistance dimensional stability in length direction was temperature,pressure,time and resin consumption,and the width direction was resin consumption,temperature,and time(=pressure)in descending order.The preferred process parameters was with pressure of1.2MPa,time of6min,temperature of130℃,and resin consumption of100g/m2.The resin consumption has a significant effect on the resistance in same process parameters,which could result in resistance decrease by36.3%-41.3%.
