摘要:为解决麻疯树嫁接的关键技术,采用不同嫁接时间、方法及不同接穗处理进行麻疯树嫁接技术研究。结果表明:麻疯树最佳嫁接时间在2—4月份,4月份成活率可高达98.3%,接穗采后放置3~5d对嫁接成活率影响不大。劈接、切接、插皮接成活率较高,芽接法成活率低。麻疯树嫁接后接穗的生长与砧木的茎粗有线性回归关系,回归方程为:Y=-36.415+40.874x(P〈0.01)。嫁接后接穗生长良好,不改变原植株的生长规律,且遗传性状表现良好。该结果为麻疯树低产低效林改造提供技术上的准备。
An experiment was conducted to study the grafting technology for Jatropha curcas L.by different grafting methods,different time,and scion treatment,aiming to discuss the key grafting technology for J.curcas.Results show that the optimal time for J.curcas grafting is during February and April,and the survival rate in April could reach 98.3%.Scions laid aside for 3-5 days after picking has little effect on the graft survival rate.The survival rates for cleft grafting,cutting grafting,and bark grafting are higher,while that for plate budding is lower.The growth of grafted J.curcas scions is linearly correlated with stem diameter of rootstocks.The grafted scions grew well.The growth pattern of the original plant did not change after grafting.
