摘要：余甘子花粉培养以25℃、15％蔗糖加2％琼脂最适宜。在最适条件下，余甘子花粉萌发呈明显的抛物线型。余甘子花粉在常温下生活力最多只能保持3～5d，在用硅胶干燥、密封、4℃条件下保存，经30d后，花粉萌发率已明显下降；经过半年以后，花粉萌发率已接近为零。在干燥、抽真空、-18℃条件下保存，经过1年储藏后，还能保持较高花粉萌发率，完全可用于生产。余甘子花开放后，前2d内授粉坐果率最高。余甘子是异花授粉树种，花期早的品种可以和花期早、中的品种一起配置，而不能与花期晚的品种一起配置。
25℃ , 15% sucrose with 2% agar are the best conditions for the culture of the pollen of Phyllanthus emblica. The germination takes on an obvious shape of parabola under the best condition. The pollen of Phyllanthus emblica can survive only for 3 - 5 days under the normal atmospheric temperature. Under the condition of silica gel drying, sealed airtight and 4 ℃, 30 days later, the percentage of pollen germination declines obviously, and half a year later, it can not survive. Under the condition of drying, vacuum and - 18℃, after a year＇ s storage, it has very high a germination rate and can be used for production. The percentage of bearing fruit is the highest during the first 2 days after the blossoming of the flowers. Phyllanthus emblica is a kind of tree with cross pollination, the breeds of early flowering phase can be deposed with the breeds of early or medium flowering phase, not with those of late flowering phase.
