摘要：＜正＞Methods:1.Plant material and transformation.Tissue-cultured hybrid poplar clone 84K（Populus alba×Populus glandulosa,Pag）plants were grown at 23-25℃under long-day conditions（16 h light/8 h dark）.Leaf discs were used for Agrobacterium-mediated transformation.2.RNA isolation and qRT-PCR.Total RNA was extracted using the RNeasy Plant Mini Kit.
