摘要:【目的】目前关于多个桉树杂交种的双列交配设计和配合力分析的研究相对较少,因此本研究对粗皮桉Eucalyptus pellita(P)、韦塔桉E.wetarensis(W)、尾叶桉E.urophylla(U)、巨桉E.grandis(G)、细叶桉E.tereticornis(T)、赤桉E.camaldulensis(T)6个树种间进行双列杂交,通过配合力遗传分析探究其子代与亲本之间的关系,为后续杂交育种亲本的选配、种子园的建立以及优良单株的无性繁殖提供优良且稳定的遗传材料。【方法】以3×6不规则双列的桉树杂交种为研究材料,对两个年份的杂交种进行生长性状的遗传分析、亲本选配及优良杂交组合选择。【结果】杂交组合间生长差异较大,生长表现较为稳定,2年生试验林速生表现突出;在母本间,2年生杂交组合各性状差异极显著(P<0.01),而1年生只有树高性状存在显著差异(P<0.05),其他性状差异不显著(P>0.05);在父本间,1年生、2年生杂交组合各性状都存在极显著差异(P<0.01);遗传参数分析表明:杂交组合生长性状的狭义遗传力为0.1534~0.1943,广义遗传力为0.1785~0.2472,桉树杂交组合的生长性状受加性基因和非加性基因的共同控制,在加性基因中,父本的影响力强于母本;配合力分析表明:两个年份的桉树杂交组合中,母本W的一般配合力(General combining ability,GCA)最大,其次为母本P,父本U、C、T、G的GCA为正值。【结论】不同杂交种在不同生长阶段父母系效应有不同程度影响,最终筛选出的优良杂交组合为W×C、P×U、W×T。
【Objective】Relatively few studies have been conducted on two-row mating design and fitness analysis of Eucalyptus hybrids.Therefore,in this study,double-row hybridization was conducted among six species of Eucalyptus pellita(P),Eucalyptus wetarensis(W),Eucalyptus urophylla(U),Eucalyptus grandis(G),Eucalyptus tereticornis(T),and Eucalyptus cameldulensis(C)in a tworow hybridization to explore the relationship between the progeny and the parents through the genetic analysis of fitness,and to provide excellent and stable genetic materials for the selection of parents for subsequent hybrid breeding,the establishment of seed gardens,and the asexual propagation of excellent monocultures.【Method】A 3×6 irregular diallel crossing of Eucalyptus hybrids was used for genetic analysis,selections of parents and hybrid combinations about growth characteristics of two years of hybrids.【Result】The growth of hybrid combinations varies greatly,and the growth performance was relatively stable,and the fast-growing performance of the two year old hybridization was outstanding.Among the males,the two year old hybridizations differed highly significantly(P<0.01)for each trait,while the one year old hybridizations differed significantly(P<0.05)only for the tree height trait,while the differences for the other traits were not significant(P>0.05).Among the females,the two year old hybridizations differed highly significantly(P<0.01)for each trait,while the one year old hybridizations differed significantly(P<0.05)only for the tree height trait,while the differences for the other traits were not significant(P>0.05).Among the males,there were highly significant differences(P<0.01)in all traits in the one year old and two year old hybridizations.The analysis of genetic parameters showed that the narrow sense heritability of growth traits in hybrid combinations ranged from 0.1534 to 0.1943 and the broad sense heritability ranged from 0.1785 to 0.2472,and that the growth traits of Eucalyptus hybrid combinations were controlled by both additive and non-additive genes,and that in the case of additive genes,the influence of the male was stronger than that of the female parent.The fitness analysis showed that in the Eucalyptus hybrid combinations of the two years,the general combining ability(GCA)of the female W was the largest,followed by the female P,and the GCA of the parents U,C,T,and G was positive.【Conclusion】Different hybrids have different degrees of parental line effects at different growth stages,and the final selection of good hybrid combinations were W×C,P×U,W×T.
