摘要:为提高人工林柳杉木材阻燃性能,采用三聚氰胺-脲醛(MUF)树脂及其与硼酸、硼砂复配的改性剂处理柳杉。结果表明:分别经MUF树脂与复配改性剂处理的柳杉试样,氧指数增加,HRR、THR降低,出峰时间延迟,CO2和CO浓度明显降低,点燃时间延长,残余物质量分数增加,具有较佳的阻燃效果。
We evaluated the fire retardancy effect on Cryptomeria Fortunei wood treated withmelamme-urea-lormaldehyde (IVIUP) resin mixed with boric acid and borax under dilierent concentrations. The results showed that oxygen index, ignition time (TTI) and residue mass all increased and heat release rate (HRR), total heat release (THR), CO2 and CO concentration all decreased. Therefore, we concluded that the fire retardancy of the treated samples was much improved.
