摘要:以天然生漆与萜烯基水性聚氨酯共混制备共混乳液。研究了生漆含量对共混乳液稳定性、粒径分布的影响;通过红外光谱(FT-IR)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)和扫描电镜(SEM)分析方法表征了共混乳液漆膜的化学结构;测定了共混膜的吸水率、力学性能及耐溶剂性能。结果表明:当生漆含量小于20%时,共混乳液的粒径呈单峰分布,离心稳定性好,天然生漆与萜烯基水性聚氨酯两相间具有较好的相容性,其共混乳液漆膜的耐水性及机械性能均得到显著提高。生漆含量为20%时,共混乳液漆膜的力学性能最优,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别为11.04 MPa和68.27%。
The Blended emulsion was successfully prepared from raw lacquer and terpene-based waterborne polyure- thane. The effect of raw lacquer content on emulsion stability, particle size distribution was investigated. The chemical struc- ture of films of blended emulsion was characterized by FT-IR,DSC and SEM. Meanwhile, the water absorption rate, me- chanical properties and solvent resistance of films were also determined. The results indicated that the stable monodisperse emulsion could be obtained when the content of raw lacquer in blended emulsion was less than 20%. The water resistance and mechanical properties of films were obviously improved due to the compatibility between polyurethane and lacquer. Me chanical properties of blend films reached the maximum when the content of raw lacquer was 20 %. The best tensile strength and elongation rate at break of films were 11.04 MPa and 68.27% ,respectively.
