摘要:以8个油茶长林系列优良无性系(3号、4号、18号、23号、27号、40号、53号和166号)为试验材料,在自然干旱胁迫下,测定了可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、游离脯氨酸的含量和叶片相对含水量、自然饱和亏缺的变化。结果表明,随胁迫时间的延长,可溶性糖含量呈现先升高后降低的趋势,游离脯氨酸含量呈现先降低后升高的趋势,可溶性蛋白含量出现双峰情况,叶片相对含水量呈下降趋势,叶片自然饱和亏缺呈上升趋势,各指标变化情况因无性系而异。采用隶属函数法进行综合分析,得出8个油茶无性系的抗旱性顺序为:166号>23号>4号>53号>40号>27号>18号>3号。
This paper presents the irffiltrate adjusting snbjects ( soluble sugar, soluble protein and free proline) and leaf water status ( leaves relative water content and leaves water satyrated deficit) of eight Camellia oleifera Changlin series superior clones under natural drought stress. The results have shown that, with the extension of drought stress time, the content of soluble sugar was first increased then reduced ; the content of free proline was first reduced then increased ; the content of soluble protein has double peaks curve ; leaves relative water content has reduced continually ; leaves water satyrated deficit has increased continually. Changes of these indexes varied in different clones. Drought resistance ability of each clone was evaluated by using the subordinate function. The drought resistance order of the tested materials was 166#, 23#, 4#, 53#, 40#, 27#, 18#, 3#.
