摘要：森林认证是作为解决世界森林问题，推动森林可持续经营的一种市场机制提出的。文章在理论分析和案例实证的基础上，论述了森林认证影响的内涵、范同及其所产生的环境、社会和经济影响。认为，森林认证促使森林经营产生了很多实质性的变化，而不仅仅是一种验证已经营良好森林的工具。
Forest certification is widely regarded as one of the most important initiative to solve the forest issues and promote sustainable forest management （SFM） in the world. After 20 years＇ rapid development, it＇s time to mea- sure the impact of forest certification on sustainable forest management. Based on the theory analysis and case study, forest certification＇s impact on sustainable forest management which includes its concept, scope and field impact on social, environmental and economic aspect are assessed in the paper. The results has revealed that forest certification has improved the forest management substantially which is not just a tool to prove the good forest management.
