摘要:利用竹浆纤维、水泥和石英砂制备纤维水泥板。探讨湿法与半干法、木浆纤维与竹浆纤维制备纤维水泥板性能的差异。结果表明:随着纤维含量的增加,板材的MOR增大,石英砂经蒸养处理可提高板材强度;当选用42.5#水泥,石英砂加量为20%,纤维加量8%时,竹浆纤维水泥板的MOR可达14.6 MPa;半干法板材的MOR低于湿法板。
Reinforced cement panels were made with bamboo pulp fiber,cement,and quartz through wet and semi-dry processes.The of effect bamboo fiber content had on panel performance and the difference between wood pulp fiber and bamboo pulp fiber was investigated.The results showed the panel modulus of rupture(MOR) was improved when the fiber content was increased.The optimized formula for the panels was: cement grade 42.5#,20% quartz sand,and 8% fiber.This bamboo pulp fiber/cement panel formula resulted in the MOR attaining 14.6 MPa,which met the Grade one specification in JC/T 626-2008.However,the panel made by the semi-dry process had a lower MOR than that made by the wet process.
