摘要:为揭示新余市城市空间扩展与形态演变的时空特征,基于新余市区多时相Landsat TM遥感图像,采用遥感分析方法提取土地类型信息,并利用扩展强度指数、城市蔓延指数、紧凑度指数等定量分析城市土地的空间发展。结果表明,2000-2021年,新余市城区空间的发展速度明显快于常住人口增速,于城市的可持续发展不利,城市空间扩张中被侵占最多的地类为农用地。城市建成区面积快速增加,城区扩张方向位于北部和东北部。主城区扩张强度减弱,总体上看土地利用开发程度较低,城市主要建成区由紧变松。
In order to reveal the spatial and temporal characteristics of urban spatial expansion and morphological evolution in Xinyu City.Based on the multi-temporal Landsat TM remote sensing image of Xinyu urban area, the remote sensing analysis method was used to extract the land type information, and the spatial development of urban land was quantitatively analyzed by using the expansion intensity index,urban sprawl index, compactness index, etc. The results show that from 2000 to 2021, the urban space development speed of Xinyu City is significantly faster than the growth rate of the resident population, which is not conducive to the sustainable development of the city. The most occupied land type in the expansion of urban space is cultivated land. The urban built-up area has increased rapidly, and the urban expansion direction is located in the north and northeast. The expansion intensity of the main urban area is weakened, the degree of land use and development is generally low, and the main urban built-up areas have changed from tight to loose.
