摘要:为探究不同水-肥资源互补生境对毛红椿幼苗生长及养分分配的影响,以毛红椿1 a生幼苗为试验材料,设计2个水分添加(W1为土壤含水量占田间持水量的90%以上;W0为土壤含水量占田间持水量的40%)和5个施肥处理(CK为无氮磷添加;N_(1)P_(1)为低氮低磷;N_(1)P_(2)为低氮高磷;N_(2)P_(1)为高氮低磷;N_(2)P_(2)为高氮高磷)的组合盆栽控制试验。结果显示:毛红椿幼苗生长性状受水分和施肥单因素影响显著,水肥互作对其无显著影响;干旱胁迫限制植物地上、地下部分生长,施肥则缓解干旱带来的负面影响,且在N_(1)P_(2)处理时,各部分生物量达到最大值;毛红椿幼苗各部分氮、磷含量分配表现为叶部>根部>茎部,且水分充足时的氮、磷利用效率更高;干旱胁迫下除N_(1)P_(2)外,PS实际光化学速率均显著提高,且N_(2)P_(1)、N_(2)P_(2)施肥处理下表观光合电子传递速率(ETR)显著提高。可得结论,毛红椿幼苗种植过程中应保证水分供应充足,同时施肥处理应少氮多磷,以确保毛红椿幼苗早期健壮生长。
To clarify the effects of different water-fertilizer resource complementary habitats on the growth and nutrient distribution of Toona ciliata var.pubescens seedlings,its annual seedlings were used as experimental materials.There were two different water additions:soil water content accounts for more than 90%of field water holding capacity(W1),soil water content accounts for 40%of field water holding capacity(W0)and five fertilization treatments:control group,no nitrogen and phosphorus addition(CK),low nitrogen and low phosphorus(N_(1)P_(1)),low nitrogen and high phosphorus(N_(1)P_(2)),high nitrogen and low phosphorus(N_(2)P_(1)),high nitrogen and high phosphorus(N_(2)P_(2))were set up.The results showed that the growth traits of Toona ciliata var.pubescens seedlings were significantly affected by the single factors of water and fertilization,and the interaction of water and fertilizer had no significant effect on it.Drought stress restricts the growth of the aboveground and underground parts of the plant.Fertilization can alleviate the negative impact of drought on the growth indicators of the seedlings of Toona ciliata var.pubescens,and the biomass of each part reaches the maximum under the treatment of low nitrogen and high phosphorus(N_(1)P_(2)).The distribution of nitrogen and phosphorus content in the various parts of the seedlings was leaf>root>stem,and the utilization efficiency of nitrogen and phosphorus was higher when water was sufficient.Under drought stress,except for low nitrogen and high phosphorus(N_(1)P_(2)),the actual photochemical rate of PS was significantly increased,and N_(2)P_(1) and N_(2)P_(2) fertilization treatments showed a significant increase in electron transfer rate(ETR).Reasonable fertilization enhanced photosynthesis under drought stress.Based on the above results,sufficient water supply should be ensured during the planting process of the seedlings,and the fertilization treatment should be less nitrogen and more phosphorus to ensure the early and healthy growth of the Toona ciliata var.pubescens seedlings.
