摘要：通过对比闽台林业发展的异同,认为台湾林业在技术、管理和资金上存在优势;福建在自然资源和劳动力等方面存在优势。两省林业合作符合区域合作的比较优势理论、产品周期理论和林业可持续发展理论,应优先发展林业高新技术产业、林业科研与教育、森林文化与森林旅游、林业资源管理、林业共同市场和城市林业等领域。政府在产业布局、资源利用、基础设施建设、文化建设等方面须加强管理,以规避合作的经济风险和生态风险,促进闽台林业合作顺利有序发展。
The paper compare Fujian forestry development with Taiwan＇s. It indicate that Taiwan forestry have predominance in some aspects such as technique, management and wealth. Fujian have predominance on resource, policy and labors. The cooperation depend on predominance theory, product circle theory and forestry sustainable development theory. The preferential fields of cooperation are high-new technical industry, forestry research and education, forest culture, forest tour, forestry resource management, building common market and urban forestry. Fujian government must take some measure to elude ecological and economical risk such as regulating industry distributing, resource using, forest culture developing and build some base establishment. The forestry cooperation must be developed smoothly and orderly.
