摘要:【目的】明确兴安盟樟子松(Pinus sylvestris var.mongholica)枯死针叶上的2种葡萄座腔菌目(Botryosphaeriales)真菌的种类及亲缘关系。【方法】采用单孢分离法获取真菌菌株,结合针叶上形成的分生孢子体及分生孢子等形态特征和多基因分子系统学研究进行物种鉴定。【结果】2种真菌分别隶属于葡萄座腔菌科(Botryosphaeriaceae)的色二孢属(Diplodia)和拟壳针孢科(Septorioideaceae)的拟壳针孢属(Septorioides)。色二孢属的真菌样本鉴定为松色二孢(D.sapinea),是松枯梢病的病原菌。拟壳针孢属的菌株鉴定为白松拟壳针孢(S.strobi),是中国的新记录属种,樟子松是该菌的新寄主。【结论】准确鉴定了樟子松枯死松针上的2种葡萄座腔菌目真菌,为后续的病害和分类学研究打下基础。
【Objective】This study aimed to identify two botryosphaerialean fungi collected from dead needles of Pinus sylvestris var.mongholica and to clarify their phylogenetic relationships.【Methods】Fungal isolates were obtained from single conidia and identified based on the morphological characteristics of conidiomata and conidia naturally formed on pine needles,along with molecular phylogenetic analysis of combined sequence loci.【Results】The two fungi were identified as belonging to different genera and families:Diplodia(family Botryosphaeriaceae)and Septorioides(family Septorioideaceae).The Diplodia isolates were identified as D.sapinea,the known causal agent of pine tip blight.The Septorioides isolates were identified as S.strobi,representing a newly recorded genus and species in China,with P.sylvestris var.mongholica as a new host record for the fungus.【Conclusion】This study accurately identified two botryosphaerialean fungi inhabiting pine needles,providing foundational data for further research in plant pathology and taxonomy.
