摘要：在人类面临的诸多问题中,土地荒漠化已成为最为严重的环境与社会经济问题,自1997年联合国沙漠化会议以来已成为全球广泛关注的热点。荒漠化监测与评估是荒漠化研究与治理的关键环节之一,其指标体系的建立既是荒漠化评价与分类的基础,也是荒漠化监测与评估的理论依据。文中介绍了荒漠化监测与评估指标体系的研究历程,并就其主要成就和存在问题进行了简要评述,以期为完善荒漠化监测与评估指标体系以及为荒漠化监测与评估和治理工作提供技术支撑。
Among the numerous issues facing the human beings, land desertification has become the most serious environmental and socio-economic issues and emerged as a global hotspot issue since the United Nations Conference on Desertification in 1997. Desertification monitoring and evaluation is one of the key points in the desertification research and governance. Establishing the indicator system is both the base of desertification evaluation and classification, but also is the theoretical basis for desertification monitoring and evaluation. This paper described the research progress in desertification monitoring and assessment indicators system, and briefly reviewed the main achievements and problems. This study is to improve desertification monitoring and evaluation indicators system and provide technical supports for desertification monitoring, assessment and zovernance.
