摘要：以广东中山翠亨国家湿地公园为研究对象,基于2018年湿地调查数据和相关统计资料,结合湿地生态系统的特征、结构及过程,构建了湿地生态系统服务价值评估指标体系。采用市场价值法、替代工程法、碳税法等服务价值评估方法,对该湿地公园湿地生态系统的供给服务、调节服务、支持服务和文化服务4大类11项生态服务价值进行了评估。结果表明,2018年中山翠亨国家湿地公园湿地生态系统的总服务价值为10982.63万元·a^(-1),单位面积服务价值为27.77万元·hm^(-2)·a^(-1)。在湿地生态系统服务价值中,消浪护岸价值(3612.72万元·a^(-1))最大,占总价值的32.90%,其后依次为水文调节价值(2583.50万元·a^(-1))、固碳价值(1502.27万元·a^(-1))和休闲旅游价值(946.48万元·a^(-1)),分别占总服务价值的23.52%、13.68%和8.62%。其他各类服务价值量之和为2337.66万元·a^(-1),仅占总价值的21.28%。研究结果为广东中山翠亨国家湿地公园在湿地保护与管理中,平衡发展各项生态服务,实现经济、社会和生态价值效益最大化提供决策依据。
Taking Guangdong Zhongshan Cuiheng National Wetland Park as the research object, the evaluation index system of wetland ecosystem services was constructed, by using the wetland inventory data and other related statistics in 2018, combined with the characteristics, structure and process of wetland ecosystem. Using the market value method, the substitution engineering method, the carbon tax method and other evaluation methods, the wetland ecosystem services valuation of Cuiheng National Wetland Park were studied comprehensively. The ecosystem services were classified into four categories of provisioning,regulating, supporting and cultural services, which were further subdivided into 11 subcategories. Results showed that the total value of wetland ecosystem services of Cuiheng National Wetland Park in 2018 was RMB 109.8263 million yuan · a^(-1)with an average of RMB 277,700 yuan ha^(-1)· a^(-1). The greatest among the indexes was the coastal protection service with RMB 36.1272 million yuan, accounting for 32.90% of the total value. The second largest index was the flood control service(RMB 25.8350 million yuan · a^(-1)), followed by carbon sequestration(RMB 15.0227 million yuan· a^(-1)) and leisure tourism(RMB 9.4648 million yuan· a^(-1)), accounting for respectively 23.52%, 13.68% and 8.62% of the total value. The sum of other services was RMB 233.766 million yuan· a^(-1), accounting for only 21.28% of the total value. In the wetland protection and management of Cuiheng National Wetland Park, the research results can provide a decision-making basis for the balanced development of various ecological services,and the maximization of economic, social and ecological benefits.
