摘要:In view of Gas Chromatography possessing with the character of good selectivity and high separation efficiency, high sensitivity, less interference and so on, it can be used to analyze a variety of low molecular content and determination of volatile organic substances. A new method, with ultrasonic extraction -gas chromatography to determine the free phenol content in bamboo reconstituted, was developed in this study. The effect of different experimental conditions, with acetone extraction, 1-octanol as the internal standard, analyzed by gas chromatography for quantitative analysis, such as different ultrasonic extraction time and the sample size were studied. Experiment showed that sample size was taken when 5g and extraction time 180min, extraction rate is higher. The peak area ratio of phenol and 1-octanol related to mass ratio in the range of 0 similar to 0.32 mg. ml(-1) in phenol with correlation coefficient 0.9996. The method recovery was 84.1% - 104.1% and the relative standard deviation of phenol was less than 5%. Results show that the free phenol can be analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by GC.
