摘要：该文以影响查新报告质量两个关键因素 ,即 :密切相关文献是否全 ,新颖点判断与表达是否科学、客观、准确为主要依据 ,提出查新报告质量指标体系 (4类 12条 )。实践表明 :该标准不仅具有科学性而且还具有可操作性 ,可供查新业务管理部门和查新工作者监督。
Authors put forward a standard system on quality of searching reports,according to complete literaature and accuracy of main points of searching.The complete literature is key factor about searching report as well as accuracy of main points of searching.The practices prove that the system has scientific character and is suitable.The standard system is able to the person who is administer and searching staff as reference when they evaluate searching reports.
