摘要:采用无机镁铝水滑石阻燃剂(Mg Al-LDH)制备阻燃中纤板(MDF),探讨其用量对MDF阻燃及力学性能的影响,并与三聚氰胺磷酸盐(MP)进行对比。结果表明:随着Mg Al-LDH添加量增加,其阻燃抑烟作用更明显;添加量为15%时,其阻止热量释放效果达到MP添加量10%的效果,但抑烟性更优。添加Mg Al-LDH,可使MDF的力学强度降低,但添加量为10%时,阻燃MDF的力学性能仍满足GB/T 11718-2009普通型产品的要求。
Flame-retardant medium density fiberboard(MDF) was prepared by inorganic Magnesium-Aluminum layered double hydroxide(Mg Al-LDH) as the flame retardant. The effects of Mg Al-LDH on fire retardant and mechanical properties of the MDF were analyzed and compared with MDF made by melamine phosphate(MP) as the fire retardant. The results showed that the fire retardant and smoke suppression effects were more effective when the Mg Al-LDH levels increased. When the Mg Al-LDH level was 15%, the heat release effect was similar to MDF made with 10% MP but showed superior smoke prevention. The more Mg Al-LDH that was used, the weaker became the mechanical properties of the MDF. However, when 10% Mg Al-LDH was used, the mechanical properties of the MDF still met the GB/T 11718-2009 National Standard requirements for ordinary MDF products.
