摘要:对尾叶桉二代种子园22、29个月生的32个家系进行性状分析与遗传评估.结果表明:尾叶桉树高、胸径和材积生长量在家系、区组间均存在极显著差异;保存率、干形、分枝及开花量在家系间存在显著差异;经性状综合评定认为,第21,11,1,26,27,40,18和10号家系是该种子园内综合表现最好的家系,测试结果可为二代种子园实施良种分类定向供种和间伐强度提供依据;在25%入选率条件下,种子园材积遗传增益为12.96%~13.67%.
A second-generation seedling seed orchard including 32 open-pollinated families of Eucalyptus urophylla was built at Gaoyao City, Guangdong Province to test the genetic performance of families, which were selected from the superior trees in an improvement seed orchard. Compared with the characters of height, DBH, individual volume, survival rate, stem form, branch and blossom quantities among different families at 22 and 29 months. The results indicated that: (1)The most superior families by synthesis analysis are No. 21,11,1, 26,27,40,18 and 10 families; (2)With the 25%-elected rate, the genetic gain of volume of the superior families from seed orchard was estimated to be 12.96%-13.67%.
