摘要：按浸提液塔拉单宁含量 4± 0 2 5g/L称取塔拉粉样品 ,浸提后用络合法测定 ,结果为 :在规定测定条件下 ,1mL 1mol/L醋酸锌溶液平均沉淀塔拉单宁 0 1 44 6g ,变异系数 0 2 7% ,完全符合定量测定要求 ;络合法平行测定结果之差 <0 5 % ,与皮粉法测定结果之差 <1 0 % 。
This paper deals with complexometry to determine the content of tara tannin in tara powder.The results show that:(1)the weight of tara ( Caesalpinia spinosa Kuntze) tannin precipitated by zinc acetate(1.000mol/L,1ml)is 0 144 6g ;(2)the difference between two parallel determination of complexometry is less than 0.5% and between complexometry and hide powder method 1.0%;(3)complexometry can be used to determine quantitatively the content of tara tannin in tara powder.
