摘要:引入了一种横向振动测试方法——扭弯法,并利用扭弯法动态测试了定向刨花板的弯曲、剪切弹性模量.结果发现,在不同跨度下动、静态弯曲弹性模量和剪切弹性模量的回归方程相关系数均在0.9左右,说明扭弯法可以对木质复合板的弯曲弹性模量和剪切弹性模量进行预测评价;进一步研究了影响该动态测试的因素,建议动态测试时单位面积夹紧力压力在200 kPa左右、测试跨度为610 mm以上,且两宽度边分别测试.
To get a fast and accurate estimate of flexural and shear modulus of wood based composite panel a torsional-bending vibration method based on transversal vibration was employed. The method was used for testing the flexural and shear modulus of oriental strand board(OSB). Results show that the correlation coefficient of estimating equations is about 0. 9 and that the method can be used to estimate the flexural and shear modulus of wood based composite panel. The factors influencing the dynamical test were also studied. It is suggested that in the dynamical test the unit area pressure of clamping be about 200 kPa, test span be above 610 mm and two tests need to be conducted respectively at two width sides.
