摘要:以生物基2,5-呋喃二甲酸二甲酯(DMFD),油脂基氢化二聚酸(Pripol 1009)和生物基1,4-丁二醇(bio-BDO)为原料,采用酯交换/酯化-熔融缩聚法制备了相对分子质量约为1000的聚(2,5-呋喃二甲酸丁二醇酯-co-氢化二聚酸丁二醇酯)二醇(PBDF-20 diol),随后以PBDF-20 diol聚酯多元醇为软段、以二苯基甲烷-4,4′二异氰酸酯(4,4′-MDI)和bio-BDO为硬段,采用溶液加聚法制备得到生物基聚氨酯,并采用多种方法对生物基聚氨酯以及粘接试件进行表征。研究结果表明:PBDF-20 diol酸值和羟值满足指标要求,相应的生物基聚氨酯为具有微相分离结构的弱结晶性聚合物,其分散相长周期为13.4 nm;其玻璃化转变温度和熔融温度分别为35.5和154.1℃,拉伸强度及断裂伸长率分别为44.5 MPa和352%。利用该聚氨酯胶膜压制的竹材和桦木胶合板,剪切强度远高于传统三醛胶,尤其在不锈钢上表现出极佳的粘接性能,搭接剪切强度为(28.27±0.63)MPa,在桦木胶合板上的甲醛释放量<0.025 mg/m^(3),符合GB/T 39600—2021 E_(NF)级标准。
Polyester polyol poly(butylene 2,5-furandicarboxylate-co-butylene hydrogenated dimer acid)diol(PBDF-20 diol)with a molecular weight of about 1000 g/mol was prepared using bio-based 2,5-dimethyl furandicarboxylate(DMFD),bio-oil-based hydrogenated dimer acid(Pripol 1009)and bio-based 1,4-butanediol(bio-BDO)as feedstocks via transesterification/esterification-melt polycondensation method.Then,polyurethane was synthesized by solution addition polymerization using PBDF-20 diol polyester polyol as the soft segment and diphenylmethane-4,4′diisocyanate(4,4′-MDI)and bio-BDO as the hard segments.Various methods were used to characterize the properties of polyester polyol,polyurethane,and bonded specimens.These results indicated that the acid value and hydroxyl value of PBDF-20 diol meet the index requirements and the corresponding polyurethane is a semi-crystalline polymer with a nanoscale microphase separation structure and a long period size of 13.4 nm.Also,the corresponding polyurethane's glass transition temperature and melting point were 35.5℃and 154.1℃,and its tensile strength and elongation at break were 44.5 MPa and 352%,respectively.The shear strength of bamboo and birch plywood pressed with this thermoplastic polyurethane adhesive film was much higher than that of traditional glue with aldehyde.Especially,it showed excellent bonding performance with lap shear strength of(28.27±0.63)MPa on stainless steel,and the formaldehyde emission was less than 0.025 mg/m^(3),complying with E_(F)grade standard.
