摘要:为提高人工林桉木的干燥质量及产品附加值,该文针对近年来出现在木材改性领域的微波处理技术在桉木利用中的潜力及途径进行了分析。结合微波处理原理及特点,在初步试验的基础上,对微波处理减小桉木残余生长应力及微波处理对木材微观构造、木材干燥及加工质量的影响等进行了分析,并提出了今后的研究重点,为桉木微波处理的进一步研究提供参考。
In order to improve the drying quality and get high-value-added wood products from plantation Eucalyptus,microwave treatment for lumber was conducted in this study.The objectives of microwave treatment are to release residue growth stress and to modify the microstructure of E.urophylla lumber.Drying defects such as splitting and collapse can be effectively reduced in lumber drying after microwave treatment.Based on the characteristics of residue growth stress and microstructure of E.urophylla,the mechanism of microwave pretreatment was proposed.At last the research on wood microwave modification in recent years had been reviewed,in further some suggestions of microwave treatment for plantation E.urophylla were also put forward in this paper.
