摘要：国家标准《活性炭工业污染物排放标准》将于2015年1月1日颁布实施。新标准对活性炭工业排放废水规定了p H值、COD、SS、NH3-N、TN、TP、石油类等7项监测指标,其中TN、石油类是新增加的行业特征污染物指标。新标准对新建活性炭企业废水排放p H值、NH3-N限值要求与发达国家相当,其它指标如COD、SS、TN、TP、石油类限值都比发达国家要求更高,特别是最重要的污染物指标COD限值在50 mg/L以下,甚至比发达国家指标要求提高了一倍以上。
＂ The emission standard in pollutants for activated carbon industry＂ will be formally promulgated and implemented on January 1,2015. The first issue of the standard has important significance for promoting the sustainable development of active carbon industry. The 7 monitoring indexes of waste water in activated carbon industry, such as pH, COD, SS, NH3-N, TN, TP, petroleum, will be provided in the new standard, in which TN, petroleum are new indexes of particular pollutants. The limitations of pH, NH3-N are equal to those of developed countries, while the other limitations such as COD, SS, TN, TP are more strict, especially the COD limitation, which is the most important index and below 50 mg/L and less than half of that of developed counaaes
