摘要：科研财务助理是一类复合型专业人才,是科研队伍的重要组成部分,在日常工作中要发挥科研项目辅助以及财务辅助双重职能。加强科研财务助理队伍建设与管理是减轻科研人员负担、激发科研人员创新创造原动力、促进科研院所科技创新发展的重要措施之一。文章介绍了科研财务助理岗位职责及人员素质要求,总结了科研院所科研财务助理队伍建设与管理现状,提出了进一步加强科研院所科研财务助理队伍建设与管理的建议。
The scientific research financial assistant is a kind of compound professional talents,and an important part of the research team.In the daily work,he plays the double roles of scientific research project assistance and financial assistance.Strengthening the construction and management of the scientific research financial assistant team is one of the important measures to lighten the burden of the scientific research personnel,stimulate the innovation and creation of the scientific research personnel,and promote the sci-tech innovation development of scientific research institutes.This paper introduces the responsibilities and personnel quality requirements of scientific research financial assistants,summarizes the current situation of the construction and management of scientific research financial assistants in scientific research institutes,and puts forward suggestions for further strengthening the construction and management of scientific research financial assistants in scientific research institutes.
