摘要:【目的】采用人工生草和清耕的方法,对比分析了油菜、绵枣儿、野豌豆3种不同生草处理对山核桃林地土壤养分及土壤酶活性的影响,以期为山核桃生态栽培管理中林下生草提供理论依据。【方法】山核桃林下设置3种人工生草及清耕4个处理,4年后对林下各生草处理土壤酶及土壤养分进行方差分析及相关性分析。【结果】山核桃林下不同生草处理后,0~10 cm土壤中,油菜土壤中性磷酸酶活性极显著高于清耕,10~20 cm土壤中,油菜土壤脲酶活性显著高于清耕,绵枣儿土壤中性磷酸酶、脲酶活性显著高于清耕,20~40 cm土壤中,油菜土壤脲酶、过氧化氢酶活性极显著高于清耕,绵枣儿土壤中性磷酸酶活性显著高于野豌豆和清耕。不同生草处理随着土层厚度的增加,pH值整体上呈增高的趋势;不同生草处理下土壤养分元素在0~10 cm土层含量最高,随着土层厚度的增加养分元素逐渐减低,0~10 cm土层中,油菜土壤有机质极显著高于绵枣儿、野豌豆、清耕,全N、全P、碱解氮含量显著高于清耕;有机质与脲酶、中性磷酸酶及过氧化氢酶呈极显著正相关,全N含量与脲酶、中性磷酸酶、过氧化氢酶及有机质呈极显著正相关,全P与中性磷酸酶、有机质、全K呈极显著正相关。【结论】不同生草处理对山核桃林地土壤养分及土壤酶活性影响较大,选择适宜的生草种类可以提高土壤养分及土壤酶活性,生产中优先推荐油菜。
【Objective】The different planting species effecting on the soil nutrients and soil enzyme activities were studied in Carya cathayensis forest based on the growing grass and natural grass,in order to provide science for constructing reasonable soil management mode.【Method】Four treatments including three growing grasses and natural weeds were conducted in C.cathayensis forest.The soil nutrients and soil enzymes were determined by variance analysis and correlation analysis in four years.【Result】The activities of urease,neutral phosphatase and catalase in 0-10 cm soil layer were higher than those in 10-20 cm and 20-40 cm soil layer.In 0-10 cm soil,neutral phosphatase activity of rape soil was significantly higher than that of natural weeds,and urease activity of rape soil was significantly higher than that of natural weeds in 10-20 cm soil,the activities of neutral phosphatase and urease in soil of common squill bulb were significantly higher than those of natural weeds,and the activities of urease and catalase in soil of rape were significantly higher than those of natural weeds in 20-40 cm soil,the neutral phosphatase activity of common squill bulb was significantly higher than that of Vicia and natural weeds.With the increase of soil layer thickness,the soil pH value increased,and the content of soil nutrient elements in 0-10 cm soil layer was the highest among different treatments,and the soil nutrient elements decreased gradually with the increase of soil layer thickness,in 0-10 cm soil layer,the soil organic matter of rape was significantly higher than that of common squill bulb,Vicia and natural weeds,and the contents of total N,total P and alkali-hydrolyzed N were significantly higher than those of natural weeds.There was a significant positive correlation between organic matter and urease,neutral phosphatase and catalase,and a significant positive correlation between total N content and urease,neutral phosphatase,catalase and organic matter,total P was positively correlated with neutral phosphatase,organic matter and total K.【Conclusion】The soil nutrients and soil enzyme activities were significantly affected by different grass-growing treatments.Selecting suitable grass-growing species could improve soil nutrients and soil enzyme activities.Oil rape seed could be selected primarily.
