摘要:见血封喉(Antiaris toxicaria)是具有药用价值的珍稀热带生态经济树种,其古树是环境变迁的“活档案”。为科学保护古见血封喉提供依据,基于广东省278株见血封喉古树的分布点位数据,综合运用泰森多边形和核密度分析法揭示其空间分布模式。结合气候、地形及土壤等多维环境变量,利用随机森林模型筛选影响其分布的关键因子。结果表明:广东省不同地区见血封喉古树的胸径存在极显著差异,其中湛江种群个体最大。在空间格局上,见血封喉古树分布呈显著的聚集型分布(泰森多边形变异系数Cv=224.4%),高密度核心区集中于湛江市。随机森林模型识别出5个最关键的环境因子,其中气候因子(FAC1_1)对分布格局的形成起主导作用,其次为土壤养分状况,重要值排名为FAC1_1>FAC2_2>FAC4_1>FAC2_1>FAC3_2。
Antiaris toxicaria is a rare tropical ecological and economic tree species with medicinal value,and its ancient trees are the―living archives‖of environmental changes.Based on distribution data of 278 ancient A.toxicaria in Guangdong Province,the Thiessen polygon and kernel density analysis methods were comprehensively applied to reveal their spatial distribution patterns with the aim of providing a scientific basis for conservation.Combining multi-dimensional environmental variables such as climate,topography,and soil,the random forest model was used to screen the key factors affecting their distribution.The results showed that there were extremely significant differences in the diameter at breast height(DBH)of ancient A.toxicaria in different regions of Guangdong Province,and the individuals in Zhanjiang population were the largest.In terms of spatial pattern,the distribution of ancient A.toxicaria showed a significant clustered distribution(the coefficient of variation CV of the Thiessen polygon was 224.4%),and the high-density core areas were concentrated in Zhanjiang City.The random forest model identified five most critical environmental factors.Among them,the climate factor(FAC1_1)played a leading role in the formation of the distribution pattern,followed by the soil nutrient status.The ranking of importance values was FAC1_1>FAC2_2>FAC4_1>FAC2_1>FAC3_2.
