摘要:作为一种优质的林粮,澳洲坚果富含丰富的营养物质,口感风味独特,深受消费者喜爱,具有较高的商业价值。经过30多年的发展,目前我国澳洲坚果种植面积已位居世界第1,产量跃居世界第2,在推进乡村振兴、提升农民收入等方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。20世纪40至80年代育成的澳洲坚果品种在世界各地均有广泛种植。近年来,澳大利亚研究人员从野生植株中培育出具有优良产量性状的新品种,我国也广泛基于引种实生群体和后代植株进行品种选育。文中对澳洲坚果种质起源和资源选育,特别是现有种质遗传结构和主要栽培品种亲缘关系、种质鉴别和育种趋势等进行总结分析,旨在为持续开发利用澳洲坚果遗传资源、促进种质创新和推动种植领域高质量发展提供参考。
As a high-quality woody crop,macadamia nuts are rich in nutrients and unique in taste,which are favored by consumers and thus have high commodity value.After more than 30 years'development,China's macadamia plantation area is now the world largest,while the yield ranks the world second.Macadamia now plays an increasingly important role in rural revitalization and farmers'income increase.The current cultivars bred between the 1940s and the1980s are widely cultivated around the world.In recent years,Australian researchers have cultivated new varieties with excellent nut traits from wild plants,and in China,variety selection is also widely carried out based on introduced populations and progeny plants.In this paper,the origin and selection of macadamia germplasm are summarized,and analyses are made especially for the genetic structure of existing germplasm,the relationships of main cultivars,the germplasms identification and breeding trends.The study is aimed to provide references for the continuous development and utilization of Macadamia genetic resources,promoting germplasm innovation and propelling the high-quality development of the plantbreeding sector.
