摘要：开展企业产品标准第三方评价是完善企业产品标准自我声明制度的一项重要措施。全国人造板标准化技术委员会对"企业产品标准信息公共服务平台"公布的27项木地板产品企业标准通过专家定量打分进行了评级,其结果为1项优秀、8项良好、5项中等、4项差、9项无效。分析了上述木地板产品企业标准自我声明公开工作及公开的企业标准中存在的主要问题,为企业标准实施自我声明公开制度提出了建议。
The third-party evaluation is important means to improve the implementation of self-declaration and disclosure System of enterprise standards. 27 self-declared company standards of wood flooring issued on the website of Public Service Platform of Enterprise Product Standard were evaluated and ranked by the experts in SAC/198 on wood- based panels. The result shows that 1 standard was rated excellent, 8 good, 5 medium, 4 bad and 9 invalid. This paper discusses the main issues in the above-mentioned enterprise standards, and proposes recommendations to improve future implementation of the system in a wider scale.
