摘要：我国国家公园内部与毗邻区域人口众多,社区发展已成为影响国家公园管理成效的重要因素。国家公园生态系统管理的社区参与是当前中国建设全球最大国家公园体系亟需面对的重要问题。文中在梳理国外典型经验的基础上,立足我国社区参与国家公园生态系统管理现状,从社区参与主体、社区参与过程、社区参与行为等方面进行分析,并提出针对性政策建议,以期为实现我国国家公园生态系统精细化管理提供科学依据。
There is a large population inside and outside national parks,and community development is an influencing factor that restricts the management performance of national parks.Community participation in national park ecosystem management is an important issue that China needs to face in the establishment of the world’s largest national park system.Through the review of typical experiences achieved by other countries and in view of the current situation of community-based participatory ecosystem management of national parks in China,this paper analyzes the subjects,processes and behaviors of community participation,and puts forward targeted policy recommendations,in order to provide a scientific basis for the fine management of national park ecosystem in China.
